Gautam Kanwar is the founder of BelWo and one of the key technical architects for more than 13 successful years with strengths in sales, marketing and management. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pune, one of India's premier technical institutes. Before starting BelWo, he was responsible for managing call switching systems for MCI Worldcom Telecom’s Implementation for New York Department of Corrections. He was also involved in the hugely successful internet start-up Cyber Media systems during the early years of Internet.

Doug brings 25 years of experience in business technology design, development and deployment along with a track record of success in general business leadership, sales, marketing and technology product development.
Doug is a recognized authority in the customer experience and customer communication industry, has published numerous thought leadership articles in business publications and has presented at various technology, customer communication and customer experience industry events.
Doug has held both technology and business leadership positions in a variety of organizations. He previously held President & General Manager, and Worldwide VP of Product Marketing roles at GMC Software Technology. Doug also held executive technology strategy business leadership roles at Fiserv where he led numerous successful and game-changing enterprise-wide initiatives in the customer communication space over a 10 year period. Prior to that, Doug was also involved with various startups and held technology and business roles in his 10 years at Exxon Chemical Corporation.
Doug holds a B.B.A. in Accounting & Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University, and an M.S. Finance & Business Technology from Texas A&M.
Michael (Mike) E. Rees is an Enterprise Architect, responsible for consultation, sales support and project management of the total document life cycle. He has over 25 years of experience in the design, installation and integration of digital document solutions. He has consulted with large, multinational clients to plan, design, and manage the implementation of digital document solutions for enterprise-wide environments.
Mike has extensive experience in application program design, mainframe systems and work flow optimization. He has worked in a variety of industries and markets; has extensive experience with clients in Health Insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance, Manufacturing and Banking.
He has provided strategic direction that has resulted in the Re-engineering and Implementation of Documentation Production Publishing Systems for several major corporations. These projects include analysis of: processes, work flow, mail and output design; in both mainframe and server environments. The redesigned processes have resulted in the implementation of print‑on‑demand technology, utilizing data driven composition systems and print stream transformation. The overall results were: mechanization of manual processes, reduced cycle times, enhanced document usability and improved mail efficiencies. In several instances total business cycle times were reduced form weeks to days.
Also provided Project Management, Consulting, Design and Implementation Support that has resulted in the integration of database publishing demand printing applications. As an auditor he has developed the ability to assess both operational and systems processes focusing on identification of inherent shortcomings. He was most recently engaged with clients involved with the implementation of personalized communications in a demand print environment.
Mike holds a Bachelor Science degree in Computer Science from Empire State College, Masters degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
