Quality Analyst - Mohali (Punjab, India / Night Shift)
BelWo Inc has been providing outsourced IT consulting services to Fortune 500 print & mail operations since 2002. With our global delivery centers, we act as an extension of our customers' in-house IT division and provide 24x7 productivity.

We are looking for a middle level professional for Quality Analyst in Mohali to join our firm.
Qualifications:
  • 1.5 yrs to 2 yrs of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in documentation (add-on advantage)
  • Willing to work in Afternoon shift i.e. 3:00 pm to 12:00 am (Midnight)
  • Male Candidate preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Task Assignment and Team Communication
  • Test Management - Need to prepare Test Cases, Test Results
  • Test Execution - Execute test cases and prepare a test result
  • Change in Documentation - Need to update Test Cases as per new changes
  • Bug Assignment - Should be able to assign the responsible resource in development team
  • Able to meet deadlines for Test Cases, Test Results
  • Tasks Monitoring - Monitor the tasks assignment to team members
Compensation: Negotiable

Business Development & Account Management – Print & Mail (Dallas preferred / Work from home)

We are looking for a mid–to–senior level professional for business development and account management in North America to join our firm. This is a work-from–home opportunity with occasional travels to customer locations.
Qualifications:
  • More than 5 years of sales experience to service bureaus and in-house print & mail operations
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Experience in in-person and WebEx presentations
Responsibilities:
  • Locate potential business deals or customers
  • Can do high level need/requirement analysis to qualify the opportunity
  • Create statement of work and respond to RFPs, etc., with inputs from technical team
  • Routinely get in touch with customers and update management of new opportunities and concerns
  • Document new opportunities and customer interactions
  • Represent the company in trade shows and other industry needs
  • Other relevant responsibilities as assigned by management
Compensation: Base + Commission (Full time opportunity but we can consider part time / commission based for the right candidate).
Skill Set: Variable data, direct mails, monthly statements, process automation, post script, PDF, print on demand, data transformation and composition, postage, 2D barcodes, IMB, MRDF, PSI.

Qualifications:
  • More than 1.5 years of experience of relevant industry
  • Excellent command over English
  • Shift Timings : 04:00PM – 01:00AM

Responsibilities:
  • To understand and analyse the requirements to get more details
  • Extensively used job portals like Dice, monster and other sources like Google groups, corp-corp, and various resume search engines to provide best matched resources
  • Created own list of vendors having resources to get best profiles
  • Expertise in negotiating rates with Vendors after getting resources from them
  • Involved in getting necessary documents signed from consultants as well as Vendors
  • Involved in getting interview schedules for consultants
  • Regularly involved in getting feedback and updates from consultants after the interview
  • Involved in getting final paper work signed from vendors after placement and assuring delivery of consultant on specific joining date
  • Work on getting extra resources to serve for backup purposes
  • Created own database of various available consultants including H1B holders, Green Cards, US citizens
  • Discuss various issues while delivering resources with recruiting team
  • Conduct various meetings with the manager
  • Co-ordination with team, participation in reviews and issue clarification
