A good relation with them often results in a heads up about a problem or extra time to troubleshoot. Someone with relationship based sales or problem resolution experience is preferred)
- Needs to be a self learner and a fast one at that ( there are a few industry specific applications that will need to be learned by shadowing other people and by reading manuals. They are pretty simple for someone with an inquisitive mind)
