The patient data, generated during the form filling stage of the study, is confidential, large in volume and required to be processed meticulously and accurately. Our client, Criterium, was in need of a solution that would speed up the information processing to ensure the usefulness of the medical research data.

Solution

BelWo created a customized, 24/7 system for processing the life cycle management of Criterium’s Clinical Research Forms (CRF). The forms are received into BelWo’s system from participating clinical practices all over the world. Our clinical trial document processing team, which have been specifically trained to understand medical terminology, interprets and converts each handwritten field into digital data with meticulous accuracy. The processing tools are specially designed to follow the study control rules as mandated by our client.
