Specifications: Specifications will be provided by the Client and BelWo staff will review this information to ensure there is a thorough understanding and agreement on the requirements that the Client is seeking.

Staffing Process: Dedicated teams for ongoing work: BelWo will provide multiple fully screened and referenced candidates that meet the specifications identified for each technologist. Clients will choose candidates to interview and work with BelWo staff to select the candidates to best meet the Client's needs.

Project teams (fixed duration): BelWo will staff teams with technologists that have the skills needed to meet the technical requirements and schedule established for the project.

Confidentiality: All BelWo technologists are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect the confidentiality of Client intellectual property. In addition, BelWo uses state-of-the-art software and hardware tools to monitor the flow of all proprietary information to effectively prevent unauthorized sharing or distribution of all files and data. All development work completed on behalf of the Client is the sole property of the Client.

Costs: Labor rates will vary based on the skills required of the person hired and the services provided. BelWo can typically save its Clients 30% to 50% over the cost of hiring a comparable full-time employee in the US. Rates for each position are quoted separately and will be documented in a service level agreement between BelWo and the Client that will be signed in advance of commencing services.

Discounts: A discount of 10% will be provided for clients committing to a six-month agreement. For a term of one year, this discount is increased to 20% of the standard rate

Labor Regulations, Fringe Benefits and Other Employee Overhead: All of these items are the responsibility of BelWo. We provide the office environment, handle the paperwork and red tape, and pay employee tax and benefit costs. You simply pay one bill to us.

Supervision: Depending on the option selected, either BelWo will supervise developers or the Client can choose to have technologists report directly to designated staff at the Client’s firm

Warranty: Any departures of technologists prior to the completion of the term of the agreement with the Client will be replaced as soon as an appropriate new employee can be identified and at no cost to the Client. Clients also have the option of replacing technologists at no cost with a 15-day advance notice of this request.
