Job Description

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls) to create sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
  • Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with their clients or customers.
  • Needs to be good with research skills to monitor the trend going on in the market which will help in identifying sales leads.

Qualification Required: Any Qualification

Desired Skill Set: Very good communication, Experience in selling software services, Overseas Experience (US sales)

Shift Timings: US Shift 6pm to 3am
