Job Title of Opening: Computer Systems Analyst
Evaluate internal software to ensure it is up to date. Evaluate employer's proprietary software products w/aim of enhancing performance/adding new features necessary to remaining competitive. Meet w/client IT mgmt to gather requirements pertaining to printing & distribution of customer communications. Identify client's needs in terms of layout as well as required content. The broader focus is to work w/clients to provide printing services software w/in client's existing environment. This position requires employee to meet w/existing & prospective client IT & user mgmt to identify opportunities to modify & enhance their existing IT & business environment to better utilize employer's software products & services. Formulate direction, design & oversight for the devt that will result in significant cost avoidance, improvements in processes, security posture [integrating Splunk] & meeting regulatory compliances (including data security & privacy). Develop plans to execute recommendations, respond to prospective client requests for info as necessary to obtain project. Once agreed coordinate user & employer's IT staff to develop detailed specifications & monitor the entire devt process to ensure devt proceeds in accordance w/contractual obligations & client expectations. Work w/client & respond to client. Provide thought leadership & drive technology aspects for client's enterprise & solution architecture & security design w/objective of improving operational efficiency. Research emerging trends recommending & contributing to influence an informed selection & adoption of technology. Worksite: Must be willing to travel to various unanticipated jobsites w/in U.S. Req. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering & 2 yrs of exp. $67475/yr. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.
