  • Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts, design patterns, and modern application frameworks
  • Knowledge and experience of software development processes and methodologies
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to be able to establish rapport with people at all levels.
  • Strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and willingness to go the extra mile when needed
  • Must have high energy levels, self-motivated, positive attitude, and pleasing personality.


  • Develop content for internal and external communication needs such as presentations, emailers, etc.
  • Content development for all B2B channels of communication - such as brochures, flyers, datasheets, case studies and advertisements.
  • Generate campaign ideas for online/offline marketing campaigns
  • Collate, edit and proofread content for various weekly and monthly newsletters for internal and external circulation
  • Provide content for various digital marketing promotions
  • Coordinate with in-house designers and third-party vendors to conceptualize, create and finalize collateral such as videos, standees etc. Assist with social media reputation management by replying to customers on the company's social media handles
  • Must Adhere to company's IT and security policies like Security breach, NDA compliance, Behavioral Policy, Employment Agreement, Confidentiality etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO would be an add-on
