Job Description

Strategizing, Planning, and Executing activities for all SEO / SEM / SMO / SMM / ORM marketing

  • Define online advertising strategy and creation of multichannel advertising campaigns
  • Drive traffic to the website/landing page of potential customers looking for IT services, with the metric being the number of requests submitted and NOT visits
  • Developing highly effective and creative demand generation initiatives
  • Responsible for Optimizing web traffic and performance metrics like CTR, engagement, lead generation, conversion, site ranking, and open rates/opt-outs
  • Deliver use case-centric presentations to business and technical audiences
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to stay on top of industry developments and trends.

Branding & Content Management:

  • Substantial experience in writing, editing, and repurposing content – blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, presentations, website content, social media posts, corporate communication – internal and external, press releases, newsletters, advertisements, etc.
  • Creation of topical and insightful blog content from a leadership point of view, Building creative storylines, repurposing existing content, and service/solution-specific content.

Performance Marketing:

  • Understand BelWo’s target audience and work towards segmentation identification; Build valid Data Bases to help execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Build/ Improve brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation by leveraging marketing channels and agencies effectively, Co-ordinate with design and production teams (internal and agency)for the creation of market-ready collaterals, artifacts, and sales enablers, etc.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and execute digital marketing activities and marketing operations processes.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights, Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, and plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Qualification& Experience:

  • Personality: Result-oriented with a great positive attitude.
  • Education: Graduate / Post graduate with an MBA with a minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience in the IT industry
  • Must have worked for customers in the US.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience about various products that aid in these efforts viz. Google AdWords, Social Media Ads platform – Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Passion for marketing IT Services, strong analytics-driven approach combined with an eagerness to talk to users and create the best campaigns
  • Good knowledge about website design and UI / UX
  • Has excellent PowerPoint presentation and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Relishes working with the leading-edge technologies and applying those to drive business value
  • Committed to customer satisfaction –both internal and external customers
  • Able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Team Player, flexible and open to changing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
