The Inkjet Summit is an invitation-only, all-inclusive experience for senior executives who need a clear view of how production inkjet printing technology, software, and solutions will affect their business and investment decisions.
Attendance is restricted to senior managers and business executives actively involved in researching, purchasing, or implementing inkjet solutions. Participants work through boardroom case studies, pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings with solutions providers, and peer-to-peer sessions that are difficult to replicate at larger open-format events.
For qualifying attendees, the event is fully complimentary — travel, accommodation, meals, and all program activities are covered. Sponsors participate through structured case study presentations and pre-arranged executive meetings.
BelWo is a specialized professional services team with hands-on experience programming customer communications systems for the transactional print industry. We don’t sell software. We cover the gaps in onboarding new print applications, managing production changes, designing and migrating legacy workflows, and integrating with billing, inventory, ADF, and dashboards. We augment your team, not replace them.
BelWo’s work spans the full customer communications lifecycle, from migration off legacy platforms to building omnichannel digital communication programs — serving clients in banking, insurance, healthcare, public sector, print service providers, and accounts receivable management.
Print service providers are one of BelWo's established industry verticals. The company has worked with PSPs across North America, Europe, and Australia, helping them move from legacy output management platforms to modern, scalable customer communications infrastructure.
PSPs handling transactional, direct mail, or commercial print for enterprise clients face specific customer communications demands: high-volume output across multiple formats, integration with variable data systems, and quality assurance processes that keep error rates low at scale.
At Inkjet Summit 2026, the BelWo team is available for focused conversations with executives working through decisions in the following areas.
