Gautam has more than two decades of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry. He started his journey as an IT consultant at MCI Telecom (currently a division of Verizon). His passion for rolling out solutions to technical challenges faced by businesses led him to launch BelWo Inc. in 2002. Back then, document composition and automation solutions were in a nascent phase. He saw this as an opportunity to consolidate his company and IT team for a bright future in Customer Communications Management (CCM). He is fond of helping and interacting with people and is involved with social services.
